Use the support arrangements in your agreement. If you contact us by email, describe the issue and your workspace without sending passwords, access tokens or candidate documents.
Privacy enquiries
For questions about a website enquiry, email the same address with the subject “Website privacy”. For a candidate record held by a recruitment organization, contact that organization first; it determines the purpose and use of its candidate data.
